On a calm and relaxing retreat, in a beautiful mountain setting, you can ski, golf or hike in the spectacular Austrian countryside and go shopping or otherwise spend time in the towns of central Europe. In addition to Riitta’s guided tours, lectures on nutrition and the significance of colors can be included with the trip upon request.
